01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by NyroLink (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
02Description of Services
NyroLink provides digital advertising, performance marketing, media operations, SEO, content marketing, and creative production services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Ad account setup and management on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms
- Campaign strategy, execution, and optimization
- Billing facilitation in PKR with USD ad credit conversion
- Creative production including visuals, videos, and copy
- SEO and content marketing services
03Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
- Ensure all content and materials you provide are lawful and do not infringe on third-party rights
- Make timely payments as agreed upon in your service agreement
- Comply with all applicable platform policies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes
04Payment Terms
All payments are due as specified in your individual service agreement or invoice. NyroLink accepts payments in PKR, which are converted to USD ad credits for platform use. Rates and conversion terms will be communicated transparently at the time of service.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services without liability to NyroLink.
05Intellectual Property
All original content, strategies, reports, and creative assets produced by NyroLink remain the intellectual property of NyroLink until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the service contract.
You grant NyroLink a non-exclusive license to use your brand assets solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services.
06Limitation of Liability
NyroLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NyroLink in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results, as outcomes depend on many variables including platform policies, market conditions, and audience behavior.
07Third-Party Platforms
NyroLink operates as an authorized partner on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. NyroLink is not responsible for changes in platform policies, account suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
08Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract. NyroLink reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.
09Modifications to Terms
NyroLink reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
10Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing which, through appropriate legal channels.
