Cancellation Policy
01Overview
At NyroLink, we understand that business needs evolve. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process, conditions, and implications of cancelling any service agreement or engagement with us. We aim to make the process straightforward and fair for all parties.
02Cancellation by the Client
Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by providing written notice to NyroLink. The following conditions apply:
- Notice Period: A minimum of 7 business days’ written notice is required before the next billing cycle or campaign launch date
- Active Campaigns: Campaigns already live or in active execution at the time of cancellation will continue until their natural end date unless otherwise agreed
- Outstanding Payments: Any unpaid balances become immediately due upon cancellation
- Ad Credits: Prepaid ad credits that have been deposited with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) are subject to those platforms’ own policies and may not be recoverable
- Work in Progress: Any work completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly
03How to Cancel
Send a cancellation request via email to info@nyrolink.com with your account details and reason for cancellation.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and outline the next steps including any final billing or outstanding items.
Active campaigns will be managed through their scheduled end. Account access and reporting will remain available through the end of the notice period.
A final invoice will be issued for any remaining balances. Upon settlement, all accounts will be formally closed and assets returned to the client.
04Cancellation by NyroLink
NyroLink reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or repeated late payments
- Violation of these Terms of Service or applicable platform policies
- Fraudulent, illegal, or misrepresentative activity
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
In such cases, NyroLink will provide notice where reasonably possible. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
05Retainer & Subscription Services
For clients on monthly retainer or subscription-based agreements, cancellation must be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that period. Cancellations submitted mid-cycle do not entitle the client to a prorated credit for the unused portion of that cycle.
06Data & Account Handover
Upon cancellation, NyroLink will:
- Return access to any client-owned ad accounts and Business Managers
- Provide campaign performance reports up to the cancellation date upon request
- Delete or anonymize client data from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law
07Modifications to This Policy
NyroLink reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
