No Refund Policy

All payments made to NyroLink are non-refundable. By engaging our services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We encourage you to review all service details carefully before committing.


01General Policy

NyroLink operates a strict no-refund policy. All fees paid for services, ad account setup, ad credit top-ups, campaign management, creative production, SEO, and any other services are non-refundable once payment has been received.

This policy applies to all clients regardless of the nature, duration, or outcome of the service engaged.

02Why We Maintain This Policy

Our services involve significant upfront investment of time, expertise, platform resources, and operational costs. Once a service is initiated — including ad account provisioning, campaign setup, or creative work — those resources are committed and cannot be recovered. This policy reflects the real cost of service delivery.

Additionally, advertising results depend on market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithms, which are variables beyond NyroLink’s direct control. Payments are for services rendered, not for guaranteed outcomes.

03Ad Credits & Platform Deposits

Funds deposited as ad credits with third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) are subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies. NyroLink does not control or guarantee the recoverability of ad credits once transferred to these platforms.

Clients are strongly encouraged to review the ad credit and billing policies of the relevant platforms before funding their accounts.

04Service Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error or a service was not delivered as contractually agreed, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the matter in good faith and work toward a fair resolution, which may include service credits or additional work rather than monetary refunds.

Disputes must be submitted in writing to info@nyrolink.com with relevant documentation.

05Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting NyroLink is a violation of this policy. Such actions may result in immediate termination of services, blacklisting from future engagement, and potential legal action to recover funds and associated costs.

We encourage all clients to resolve concerns directly with our team before escalating to financial institutions.

By making payment to NyroLink, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
  • You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable
  • You have reviewed the scope of services prior to payment
  • You understand that advertising results are not guaranteed
